I am a first year student in this course and have so far found it rather interesting and challenging at the same time. Having only done the 3 foundation streams in semester 1 was beneficial as I feel it gave me a brief overview of what we explore within the overall course while also looking forward to getting to explore further over the next few years. After having studied design related subjects in high school such Visual Communication Design and Design Tech, I found interest in studying architecture. This interest grew further as I had done work experience at an architecture firm. What interested me about this particular stream is getting to look further into the library as a whole, exploring its past, changes that have been made throughout it and having the opportunity to see what else can potentially be modified with the library. Outside of architecture one of my main hobbies is playing guitar. I enjoy listening to music and then having the ability to play along to it. In addition to this I write my own music and perform in a band that goes under the name Whittens Lane.
